Terms & Conditions
The DENZA 5-Year Pre-Paid Service Package (“Service Package”) is available on eligible DENZA vehicles (B5, B8 and D9 variants) and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility & Purchase
The Service Package must be purchased at the time of new vehicle sale and included in the original vehicle purchase contract. It is not available for standalone purchase after delivery unless otherwise approved by DENZA.
Pricing
Recommended retail pricing (incl. GST) at time of publication is:
- B5: $3,542
- B8: $3,745.50
- D9 FWD: $2,447.50
- D9 AWD: $2,557.50
Dealer pricing may vary. Any discounting is at the sole discretion of the authorised DENZA dealer and is dealer-funded.
Coverage
The Service Package covers the cost of scheduled servicing only, including parts and labour, as specified in the applicable DENZA Service Schedule for the vehicle.
Servicing must be carried out by an authorised DENZA service centre.
Service Intervals
Services must be completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended time or kilometre intervals, whichever occurs first.
Early servicing is permitted within a tolerance of up to 3 months or 5,000 kilometres (whichever occurs first).
Servicing performed outside these parameters may not be covered unless prior approval is obtained from DENZA.
Transferability
The Service Package is fully transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle for the remaining term, provided all servicing conditions have been met.Please Note – Transferability is subject to the situation of each customer and may not apply under certain circumstances. Please confirm with Dealer prior to finalising purchase. DENZA Australia reserves the right to amend Service Package application for any vehicle.
Finance Integration
Where the Service Package is financed as part of a consumer loan, it remains subject to the terms of that finance agreement. If the loan ends prior to the expiry of the Service Package, the customer’s rights and obligations in relation to any remaining services will be managed in accordance with applicable credit legislation and lender requirements, including any required regulatory communications.
Exclusions
The Service Package does not cover:
- Wear and tear items (including but not limited to brake pads/discs, tyres and wiper blades)
- Repairs resulting from damage, misuse, neglect or accidents
- Non-scheduled servicing or additional maintenance items not specified in the service schedule
- Repairs or servicing performed by non-authorised service providers
Dealer Responsibilities
Authorised DENZA dealers are responsible for clearly communicating Service Package inclusions, exclusions, eligibility requirements and service intervals at the point of sale.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law. Goods and services supplied under the Service Package come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
General
DENZA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time, provided that any changes will not materially disadvantage customers who have already purchased a Service Package.

Terms and Conditions
5 Services Package (Pre-Paid) Terms
- Service plans cover up to 5 years of scheduled servicing in line with DENZA recommended maintenance intervals.
- Plans must be purchased at the time of vehicle sale. Post-sale additions are not available.
- Not included: Wear-and-tear items (e.g. brake pads, tyres, wiper blades) and accident, misuse, or external damage repairs.
- Non-scheduled servicing or non-authorised repairs.
- Plans are linked to the vehicle (VIN) and transfer with ownership.
- Servicing must be completed in line with DENZA recommended time or mileage intervals, whichever occurs first.
- Early servicing is permitted but must not exceed 3 months or 5,000 km prior to the recommended interval.
- Services outside defined eligibility periods may not be eligible for reimbursement unless pre-approved by DENZA AU.
- All servicing must be recorded and validated through authorised DENZA systems at booking and completion.
- Pricing is fixed at the time of purchase; future pricing may vary for new vehicles in line with market conditions. Dealer retail pricing may differ; however, settlement and reimbursement values are determined by DENZA AU and remain fixed.
- DENZA AU reserves the right to audit claims and request supporting documentation for compliance.
- Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where required, remedies will be provided in accordance with ACL obligations.
Service Inclusions Terms
- Servicing prices, inclusions and intervals listed above apply to DENZA Defined Servicing performed in accordance with the applicable service schedule, at the specified time or kilometre intervals (whichever occurs first), under normal operating conditions. Prices are indicative only and may vary by model, variant, and usage conditions.
- The pricing is designed to support a consistent and transparent service experience while maintaining workshop sustainability. All quoted prices are subject to CPI increases and may be adjusted over time.
- Coverage is limited to the services outlined for each interval and excludes additional repairs, wear items, or replacement of components not listed. Government and rental vehicles are excluded.
